Lunch & Learn – Authentic Leadership Development:
EMG’s Iceberg Leadership Model is a 3-tiered framework on Authentic Leadership (LEAD-ER-SHIP) that considers what people experience and perceive of them as leaders; it’s rooted in:
Inclusive Leadership – What everyone sees and expects in how one should LEAD.
Servant Leadership – Everyone cannot always see your “why”; how you move as a leader could be misundERstood.
Self-Leadership – Everyone cannot see how you manage your relationSHIP with yourself
Each day, we will cover one of the three tiers in the EMG’s Iceberg Leadership Model and truly unpack what it means for you to be an authentic leader. After this workshop, participants will learn to:
- Effectively build and maintain relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Demonstrate openness and tolerance when working with people from different backgrounds and cultural traditions.
- Listen to and understand information provided by others.
- Develop and deliver communications that are clear, persuasive, and appropriate to a variety of audiences.
- Develop people management techniques that are unique and customized to their style of leadership.
- Act as an ethical agent who promotes core values, integrity and accountability throughout the organization.

Schedule: Offered 3 times this summer, 3-day training sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), starting at 12:30 PM EST for one hour each session

Happy Hour – #NetworkingGoals Workshop:
Creating a networking strategy to advance your career in the “new normal” has become more important than ever. #NetworkingGoals (#NG) provides participants with the foundational skills to build and enhance their network to advance their career. #NG will also help increase their confidence to network by creating a networking strategy specific to their professional/business goals. After #NetworkingGoals participants will learn to:
• Effectively build and maintain relationships both within and outside the organization.
• Effectively create a network of professionals for knowledge sharing and re-envisioning the places we work, play, and gather.
• Listen to and understand information provided by others.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity in professional/business relationships and behaviors.
• Develop and deliver communications that are clear, persuasive, and appropriate to a variety of audiences.
Target Audience: Professionals aiming to enhance their networking skills based on #NetworkingGoals content
Schedule: Offered 3 times this summer, 1-day training sessions on Wednesdays, starting at 4:30 PM EST for one hour
