The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) – State of Michigan Chapter, and The Erika Monaé Group (EMG) proudly presents “When Women Lead,” a pivotal conference dedicated to the empowerment and advancement of Black Women in the professional and entrepreneurial spheres. NAAAHR – State of Michigan Chapter has hosted the When Women Lead Conference since 2018. They have partnered with The Erika Monaé Group in 2024 to co-host the conference to expand the target audience to include both professional and entrepreneurial Black Women and elevate the conference experience by fostering robust networks with collaborative partnerships and meaningful relationships to empower women to thrive authentically, with humility and a commitment to action. Participants can expect:
